Our current fermentation capacity at our Noblesville brewery consists of five 20 barrel conical fermentation tanks. Since the brewhouse produces 10 barrel batches we typically brew the same beer two days in a row to fill a 20 barrel fermenter.

Downtown Noblesville Building
Our 8,000 sq ft building in downtown Noblesville Indiana consists of 1/2 restaurant/pub space and 1/2 brewery space. It was originally built as a livery about 1798.
